Joining the Hudson Valley Business Alliance has many benefits.


Interested in joining? We would love to talk with you!

You will need a sponsor to introduce you to the group. Please contact one of our Representatives. Once you have your sponsor, we encourage you to attend up to two breakfast meetings as our guest. This allows you to get to know who we are and what we do before you decide to join, and helps us determine the existence of conflicts of interest (market competition) with existing members.

Should you decide to join after meeting with us, you will be required to submit an application along with the first year membership fee of $175. Your request will be voted on at the next available meeting and you will be notified of the result of the vote. In the unlikely event that you are not voted in, you would receive a full refund of the fee. Subsequent dues are $75/year.  Weekly breakfast is individually ordered and paid.

Initial and continued membership in the Hudson Valley Business Alliance is contingent upon:

  • Clearance of conflicts of interest with existing HVBA Member.
  • Vacancy of your Business Type
  • Establishment of good standing through reference contacts.
  • Maintain 75% attendance at weekly meetings..
  • All dues and fees being paid in a timely manner.
